One Week Left to Submit 125 Plan or HRA Documents for 2018
Next Friday, September 29, is the deadline for returning your cooperative’s completed documents to Cooperative Benefits Administrators (CBA) if you plan to offer tax-advantaged plan(s) in 2018.
If your co-op sponsors a 125 plan, you must submit a payroll calendar each year for each subgroup administered—whether making changes to your plan or not. Plan dates in the payroll calendar must all be in the 2018 calendar year.
Otherwise, co-ops need to return certain documents when adopting a new plan and/or making changes to an existing plan. Refer to the fliers Making Changes to Your 125 Plan or Making Changes to Your HRA Plan for specifics.

Documents you’ll need for 2018 plan year adoptions and amendments, enrollments and elections, and other information for the 2018 plan year can be found on the Employee Benefits website:
HRA documents, including documents for retiree HRA plans
Plan features, including the debit card
Open enrollment: November 1–30
The period for enrolling your employees in tax-advantaged plans will run from November 1–30. Look for more information soon on the open enrollment process.
