NRECA Medical Plan Participants Can Access and Modify Their Health Information Online
Personal health information for NRECA Medical Plan participants is accessible online in one private, secure location on the NRECA Employee Benefits website.
Participants’ recent prescriptions, dates of medical and dental exams, biometrics like blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and more, are loaded automatically based on provider visits, results of the FutureMe survey and challenges. Participants can access and manually update this information on the Health Record page from the menu at the upper-right once they enter the FutureMe portal.
From this compilation of information, health topics that may interest participants or help them on their health journey are identified and allow for customized content, resources and tips on this area of the website. This summary of health information gives participants an overview of their health and potential areas they may wish to work on as part of their FutureMe journey.
Participants were notified by email recently when information was uploaded to their Health Record page. In the future, they will be notified each month when new data is imported. Additionally, an article in the upcoming issue of Energize will summarize this feature and its benefits for individuals as part of the FutureMe program.
Participants can change their preference related to receiving import notifications within the FutureMe portal by clicking on the top-right menu, choosing Settings and navigating to the Messaging tab.
