New Vision Plan Benefit Verification Flier Available

A new flier is available to help your cooperative’s vision plan participants ensure benefit verification goes smoothly at their provider’s office.

The flier instructs participants to bring the flier to their appointments with a vision provider, indicate which vision plan they have (either a VSP plan or the NRECA Vision Plan) and then give the flier to their provider.

The flier directs providers to call the appropriate number and follow the steps listed under the plan selected by the participant. It’s available to benefits administrators on the BA Guide’s Vision page and available to participants on their vision benefit plan page.
