New Retiree Insurance Solutions Materials Online

Medicare open enrollment runs October 15 through December 7 annually. In the fall, post-65 retirees and others in the Retiree Insurance Solutions program can elect new Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D plans through OneExchange during this period.* Medicare Supplement plans don’t have an annual enrollment period to change plans without a health evaluation. If retirees are happy with their current plans, they don’t have to do anything.

Two new fliers that provide reminders and tips to help cooperatives and retirees have a successful Medicare open enrollment period are now available on the Employee Benefits website. Use the links below to directly access these fliers. You also can find them on the Employee Benefits website by going to Admin > Co-op Insurance > Retiree Insurance Solutions.

*There’s no open enrollment period for dental and vision plans. Retirees can change these plans anytime, although the Medicare open enrollment period may be a good time to take action if they’re considering a change.
