New Online Location for Retirement Plan Adoption Agreements

On June 21, your cooperative’s Retirement Security (RS Plan) and 401(k) Pension Plan (401(k) Plan) adoption agreements are moving to a new location on the Employee Benefits website. The new Retirement Plan Documents section of the site under Co-op Retirement will contain adoption agreements and 401(k)  Plan Safe Harbor notices (for co-ops that have the provision).

During the consolidation, the existing Retirement Plan Documents – Safe Harbor Notices and Adoption Agreements subsections will be removed.

In future months, more retirement compliance documents, including summary plan descriptions and distribution acknowledgement forms, will be moved to this location, resulting in a one-stop shop for all your retirement compliance forms and tasks.
