New Coverage & Dependent Status Change Event Now Online

The Employee Benefits website’s Coverage Change and Changes to Dependent Status events have been combined into the new Coverage & Dependent Status Change event, which is now available online. This enhancement provides you a more efficient and guided workflow as well as an improved experience consistent with other life and employment events.

You can use the new, combined Coverage & Dependent Status Change event to:

  • Change benefits and decrease coverage for directors, attorneys, retirees or COBRA beneficiaries (when your co-op administers COBRA)
  • Add or drop an adult dependent
  • Change a spouse’s coverage
  • Update a dependent marriage

The Coverage & Dependent Status Change event is located at cooperative.com > My Benefits > Employee Administration > Coverage & Dependent Status Change.
