National Phone Outage
This week, many organizations including NRECA are experiencing intermittent phone service issues due to a nationwide phone carrier security incident. As a result of these issues, some callers using NRECA’s main toll-free line (866.673.2299) may be unable to complete calls to their desired department or staff member. NRECA is continuing to monitor the situation.
NRECA has implemented messaging on the Employee Benefits website and on the menu recording for the toll-free line. Callers are encouraged to use the Employee Benefits website to perform transactions or view information. Additionally, callers may send NRECA emails or use the website’s Message Center. NRECA staff are returning emails to ensure inquiries are addressed in a prompt manner.
