MyHealth Coaches Diabetes Program Flier Available

NRECA, in partnership with Health Dialog, has launched the MyHealth Coaches Diabetes Program, which is designed to help NRECA Medical Plan participants diagnosed with type 2 diabetes better manage the disease. This new 12-month long program offers incentives to encourage program participants to develop and maintain long-term behavior changes. Individuals who enroll in the MyHealth Coaches Diabetes Program are encouraged to work with health coaches, participate in monthly step challenges, and use the program’s smartphone app in order to take control of their condition.

Program outreach is sent directly to the homes of eligible participants. If you wish to raise further awareness, there is now a flier for you to use at your cooperative.
