Make Billing Frequency Changes in November

You can now change the billing frequency for your cooperative’s group benefit plans for the 2027 plan year.

Changes can be made until December 1 using the Billing Frequency event on the Employee Benefits website. Updates will take effect January 1, 2027.

In just a few steps, you can update the billing mode to annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly. If your co-op has multiple subgroups, you can select different billing modes for each subgroup.

If you plan to keep your co-op’s current billing mode, you don’t need to do anything.

Note: Business travel accident insurance plans are billed annually in January, and so you can’t change the billing mode for this plan.
