Last Call: 2016 Compliance Reporting Data Due February 15

The February 15 deadline for submitting your cooperative’s compliance questionnaire and W-2 salary data is less than a week away. Here are the resources you’ll need to meet this deadline:

Find the questionnaire on the W-2 Salary Data and Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire page of the Employee Benefits website. Keep your co-op’s data private by sending your questionnaire and supporting appendices (as applicable) using the Message Center.
Your W-2 data can be uploaded to NRECA’s systems or entered manually. If you choose to upload a file, be sure to use the format on the W-2 Salary Data and Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire page.
