Joint & Spine Surgery Centers of Excellence Program: Updated Resources Available

Updated promotional materials of NRECA’s Joint & Spine Surgery Centers of Excellence program are available for you to share with your employees at your cooperative.

The updates reflect the new name of the NRECA Medical Plan’s vendor partner, Transcarent Surgery Care, which administers the program, and include the replacement of the old email address with the new (surgerycare@transcarent.com). The phone number has not changed.

The updated materials, available on the Joint & Spine Surgery Centers of Excellence page of the Employees Benefits website, include a brochure, infographic, poster and email template. Hard copies of the brochure and poster can be ordered from the Member Contact Center using the code found on this page.

Be sure to replace any existing promotional materials at your cooperative with the updated versions.
