Malcolm Slee and Katie Amin of the Groom Law Group will review the Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax reporting requirements and forms for cooperatives, including the latest guidance for the 2018 tax reporting year. They also will highlight other ACA-related issues co-ops need to consider for 2019.
