Incorrect Restatement Notification Sent to Some Co-ops

Earlier today, your cooperative may have received a Message Center notification telling you that your restated retirement plan adoption agreements were ready for download. This notification was sent in error and has been removed.  Supporting emails directing you to the notification should be disregarded as well.

Restatement documents are planned for release in late June 2017, as previously announced.  At that time a new notification will be sent.

In addition, we are experiencing technical difficulties with the display of some Retirement Plan Documents. Your co-op’s Retirement Security or 401(k) Pension Plan documents are visible to you online; however, the versions shown may not be viewable or may be outdated. Your co-op’s Group Plan Documents were not affected by this issue.

We are working to correct this display issue within the week and will provide an update in next week’s I&FS Weekly.  In the meantime, if you need assistance accessing your retirement plan documents, please contact the retirement compliance team at 866.673.2299, option 7, or pension.compliance@nreca.coop.
