FutureMe Challenge: Wellness from Within Recap

Congratulations to all cooperatives and their employees who participated in the Wellness from Within challenge, which ended June 2.

More than 1,150 employees from 103 co-ops registered for this FutureMe® challenge, which encouraged participants to boost their emotional well-being by practicing meditative breathing, taking tech breaks and completing other activities. Nearly 900 participants achieved the goal of tracking their wellness from within for at least 21 days of the 28-day challenge.

Employees at co-ops enrolled in FutureMe rewards received points for completing the challenge. Additionally, 10 participants were selected at random to each receive a $100 gift card and $100 to give to the charity of their choice.
