FSAs and HRAs: Are Your Administrative Fees Going to the Right Address?

Do a quick check—you might be using an outdated address when you mail your cooperative’s FSA and HRA administrative fees to Cooperative Benefit Administrators each month.

The monthly remittance advice that you receive in your Message Center inbox contains the correct address:

P.O. Box 207442
Dallas, TX 75320-7442

The old P.O. box—798324 in St. Louis, MO—will be closed on May 31, 2019. Any payments received on or after this date will be sent back to your co-op.

Please ensure that your payments are going to the right place!
