First Wave of Annual Enrollment Closes Monday

The online annual enrollment period for cooperative employees in Wave 1 closes next Monday, November 17, 2014. Wave 2, which is currently in process, runs through November 24. Benefits administrators have until November 26 to complete annual enrollments online for their co-ops. See the map for your co-op’s wave.

Don’t forget—customizable Word documents and PowerPoint templates, brochures and fliers that contain the most important information about annual enrollment and benefits changes for 2015 are available in BA Assistant on the Employee Benefits website. You also can order more copies of the “5 Things” brochure for your co-op and the Participant Resource Guide by contacting the Member Contact Center. Please use them to supplement and enhance your co-op’s annual enrollment materials.
