Find Willie on the Employee Benefits website for a chance to win!

The redesigned Employee Benefits website launched on March 6, and we are eager for everyone to explore and familiarize themselves with its new features. We’ve hidden an image of Willie Wiredhand on the site within the Admin pages. Log in to look for him and if you find him, email findwillie@nreca.coop with his location by Monday, March 16 for a chance to win free lodging at this summer’s INTERACT Conference.

Get your employees involved
Encourage your co-op’s employees to log in and experience the new site. Create a contest of your own to encourage your employees to explore the site, too. We’ve hidden an image of Willie Wiredhand holding a gem within the Guidance and Resources landing page in the Personal area of the site.  Willie will stay on the page until the end of March so there’s plenty of time for busy cooperative professionals to find him.

Resources
Resources remain available for you and your employees:

  • A poster to hang in your employee lunch or break room
  • Postcards to put in employee mailboxes or on desks
  • An article for an employee newsletter or co-op intranet
  • A video for employee meetings or co-op intranet
