“Find a Doctor” Resource Streamlines In-network Provider Searches

It provides access to medical, dental and vision plan networks.

“Find a Doctor” on the Employee Benefits website can make searching for in-network providers easier. This resource takes participants directly to the provider network site for their NRECA medical plans and cuts out some of the steps involved if they access network sites directly to find providers.

Using “Find a Doctor” resource
To use “Find a Doctor,” participants log into Cooperative.com and go to My Benefits > My Insurance > Find a Doctor. To find a provider in their network, they click on the “click here” link under Medical Plan.*

Note: At this point, a disclaimer window appears since participants are being transferred to a site outside of the Employee Benefits website. Participants click “Continue.” If they don’t want to see the disclaimer again, they can check the box to hide it on future visits before they click “Continue.”

Participants will now be at the page in the provider network site for their plan to begin their search. They should follow the steps to enter the search criteria for medical and other health care providers, such as behavioral health providers.
