Final Reminder: 2015 Compliance Questionnaire and W-2 Salary Data Due

Nondiscrimination testing data for your cooperative is due next Tuesday, February 16.

The retirement compliance team uses this data to perform nondiscrimination testing that is required to keep your co-op’s plan in compliance.

Find the questionnaire on the W-2 Salary Data and Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire page of the Employee Benefits website.

Send your completed questionnaire (with attachments, if any) using the secure Message Center. Choose “Retirement Compliance” from in the drop-down menu in the “To” field.

Send your co-op’s W-2 salary data through the W-2 Salary Submissions section of the Employee Benefits website. You can either upload a file or enter your data manually. File layouts are included on the W-2 Salary Data and Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire page.
