Executive Benefit Restoration Program Webinar Tomorrow
Hear how these plans can help retain and recruit new leaders.
Beginning January 1, 2015, existing Pension Restoration Plan (PRP) arrangements will no longer be able to accept new participants. Cooperatives that sponsor PRPs as of December 31, 2014, will be eligible to treat as “grandfathered” covered participants if they meet certain eligibility requirements. A new Executive Benefit Restoration (EBR) program is now available to assist co-ops in replacing benefits reduced as a result of federal limitations for executives that won’t become eligible for a PRP arrangement before December 31, 2014. Participate in the upcoming webinar to find out more about this new program.
