Estimated 2015 Employer-paid Expenses to be Mailed in September

Each year, NRECA invoices cooperatives directly for their co-op’s 401(k) Pension Plan employer-paid expenses. To help co-ops plan for their 2015 expenses, an estimate of this expense rate is being prepared for each co-op by subgroup. The memo and co-op-specific estimates will be mailed next week to CEOs and benefits administrators.

Invoices in late December
The estimates are for the full year and are based on a calculation using each co-op’s 401(k) Plan assets under management as of July 1, 2014. Actual invoices will be provided on the Employee Benefits website in late December 2014.
