Energize Now Online – NRECA Employee Benefits Weekly

The latest issue of Energize is now available on the Employee Benefits website.

A copy is being mailed directly to the homes of NRECA Medical Plan participants. (If no home address is on file, the newsletter will be sent to a participant at his or her cooperative.)

This issue focuses on winter and holiday health as well as healthful resolutions as we look to the year ahead. Readers can learn what health-related resolutions not to make and one they should consider. There are columns on resources offered by their medical plan to help them successfully achieve their goals, as well as articles on dental care and winter health issues.

Remember, Energize is provided to NRECA Medical Plan participants at no additional cost. It covers wellness and prevention topics. It also provides helpful information on NRECA medical plans and programs that apply to all participants.
