Don’t Forget to Register: Webinars on FSA and HRA Changes

There’s still time to register for webinars on upcoming enhancements to the 125 and HRA Plans administered by CBA. Just click on the title of the webinar to go to its registration page.

  • The Health FSA Carryover: September 9, 2 pm ET
    This webinar explains the new carryover feature co-ops can adopt so that employees with health flexible spending accounts (FSAs) can carry over unused amounts to use during the following plan year. We’ll also preview the new consumer online portal and how it can be used to submit claims, update banking information and more.
  • Changes to HRA Plans: September 11, 2 pm ET
    Health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) administered by CBA are changing in 2015 to include additional eligible expenses. Join this webinar to learn more about the changes. The new consumer portal will also be covered (see above).
  • The New Debit Card Feature: September 16, 2 pm ET
    Co-ops can choose to offer a new debit card program to employees for use with their health FSAs and HRAs, starting in 2015. This webinar will explain the feature and what will be required of co-ops and employees who participate.

Each webinar will conclude with a Q&A session, during which you can submit any questions you have directly to the presenter(s).

Annual enrollment webinar
A fourth webinar, Tax-Advantaged Side Accounts: A New Administrative Portal for Annual Enrollment, at 2 pm ET on October 2, will explain how you can enroll employees in certain side accounts using the new administrative portal, which will be available for this year’s annual enrollment period in November.
