CVS Letter to Encourage Prescriptions Through Mail Service
CVS Caremark®, NRECA’s pharmacy benefit manager, is sending a letter by June 30 to encourage participants to use CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy™.
The letter will be sent to participants who are filling a 30-day supply prescription on maintenance medications.
Mail service offers two benefits. First, participants can get a 90-day supply prescription, which typically costs less than three 30-day supply prescriptions. The letter will specify the amount of money a participant can save by switching to a 90-day supply prescription. Second, mail service offers convenient home delivery—especially important in our current social distancing environment.
For more information on mail service, participants can visit the NRECA Employee Benefits website at cooperative.com > My Benefits > My Insurance > Prescription Drug. Or they can speak with a CVS Caremark Customer Care representative at 888.796.7322.
