Correct Value of Benefits Statement Mailed

CVS Caremark has mailed the corrected 2013 Value of Benefits statements to participants along with a letter explaining the error and assuring participants that the error has been corrected at no additional cost to them, their co-op or to the NRECA Group Benefit plan.

As we told you previously in the February 26 issue of I&FS Weekly, the 2013 Value of Benefits Statements sent to participants in February 2014 had incorrect bottom line totals, the months were not listed in calendar order and Fourth Quarter 2013 information was incomplete. We have worked closely with CVS Caremark to review their system programming and processes to ensure accuracy for our plan participants. We apologize for the confusion this issue may have caused you.

Additionally, you can access your prescription drug benefit account information anytime at www.caremark.com. Log into your account and click on “View prescription history,” which will allow you to print an Rx History Report for any timeframe you designate.
