Compliance Questionnaire and W-2 Salary Data Due February 16

Remember to send your cooperative’s 2015 compliance questionnaire and W-2 salary data by February 16.

Your data is very important because the retirement compliance team uses it to perform nondiscrimination testing that is required to keep your plan in compliance.

You’ll find the questionnaire on the W-2 Salary Data and Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire page of the Employee Benefits website. Once you complete it, send it, along with attachments (if any) using the Message Center. Choose “Retirement Compliance” from in the dropdown menu in the “To” field.

Send your co-op’s W-2 salary data through the W-2 Salary Submissions section of the Employee Benefits website. You can either upload a file or enter your data manually. File layouts are included on the W-2 Salary Data and Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire page.
