Energize Now Online

The latest issue of Energize is now available on the Employee Benefits website.

A copy is being mailed directly to the homes of NRECA Medical Plan participants. (If no home address is on file, the newsletter will be sent to a participant at his or her cooperative.)

This issue highlights brain fitness. Readers can learn how to exercise and take care of their brains and try our brain teaser puzzles. They also will read about making a personal online health plan with MyHealth Assistant and the help that Life Strategy Counseling can provide when they’re dealing with life’s challenges.

Remember, Energize is provided to NRECA Medical Plan participants at no additional cost. It covers wellness and prevention topics. It also provides helpful information on NRECA medical plans and programs that apply to all participants.
