Annual Base Salary Collection Begins September 1
This year’s collection period of cooperatives’ annual base salary data, also referred to as “November 15 salary data,” runs from September 1 to October 8, 2021.
Salary data is collected from co-ops that participate in NRECA salary-based group and/or Retirement Security (RS) Plan benefits. This data will affect 2022 billing and is also needed to ensure accurate annual enrollment information for co-ops that offer NRECA’s life insurance and/or disability products.
NRECA is sending an email on August 11 to primary benefits administrators with details on submitting their co-op’s data via the NRECA Employee Benefits website beginning September 1. Co-ops will also be asked to first validate, and update as needed, employees’ job positions before submitting their data. This may include classifying an employee under one of the new 11 broadband positions in NRECA’s Job Classification List.
