Annual Base Salaries Data Collection Period Closes October 9, 2015

The annual base salaries data collection period is closing soon. This information is an important part of our annual process of calculating coverage, premiums and billing rates for NRECA’s salary-based benefit plans.

The annual base salary is an employee’s hourly pay rate as of November 15, 2015, multiplied by the number of hours the employee would regularly work during 2016.

The timely submission of your salary data helps us accurately calculate your co-op’s 2016 benefits premiums in advance of the open enrollment period, as well as the accuracy of Retirement Security projections and option forms for 2016.

Please be sure to submit your co-op’s annual base salary data through the website no later than October 9, 2015.
