All Renewals Being Emailed; Experience-rated Renewals Also Being Mailed

A rate sheet will be emailed to the primary benefits administrator (BA) at all cooperatives in NRECA group benefit plans when annual renewal opens on August 12. (Annual renewal for 2016 runs through September 25, 2015.) If you would like the email directed to someone at your co-op other than the primary BA, send an email to employeebenefits@nreca.coop by July 1 to let us know.

NRECA will send annual renewal materials for 2016 to non-experience-rated co-ops—generally those covering fewer than 100 employees—as part of the rate sheet email only. The email will have the 2016 renewal rate attached and a link to access the renewal materials posted on the Employee Benefits website. BAs can print, email and save electronic renewal materials.

The renewal email also will be sent to experience-rated co-ops—generally those covering 100 or more employees. Because of the co-op-specific information that’s included with experience-rated materials, packets also will be mailed to these co-ops.

Our goal is to provide the best possible service. If you prefer to receive printed annual renewal materials by mail on behalf of your non-experience-rated co-op, send an email to employeebenefits@nreca.coop by July 1 to let us know. Include your name, the co-op name and the REA number in the email. We will mail a packet in time for annual renewal.
