Access the New BA Guide Now!
The Benefit Administrator (BA) Guide started as a heavy three-ring binder full of information a BA needed to do his or her job, with material divided by subject matter. However, it became outdated almost as soon as chapters were released in this paper format. That binder transitioned into an online Help & Resources section on the NRECA Employee Benefits website where updates could be made as needed and BAs would no longer wonder if they had the latest version. Your feedback told us that information wasn’t as easy to find as it should be, so we revamped and improved the BA Guide’s format – enhancing its accessibility, making it easier to use. The new online resource will provide BAs with the pertinent information sorted by subject matter in an intuitive and easy-to-navigate layout.
Go to cooperative.com > My Benefits > Admin > BA Guide to experience all the new features, including:
- BA Guide-dedicated search
- Smart search auto-fills the search box with topics that match available content
- Results are direct links with breadcrumbs and page descriptions, replicating a query of your favorite web search engines
- Dedicated search queries only BA Guide content, not content from the rest of the site, so you can find what you need more quickly
- Color-coded, responsive navigation is easy to read, recognize and follow, quickly getting you to the information you need
- Content pages clearly highlight required actions, available resources and feature tabs to help simplify complex topics
- An integrated glossary highlights definitions of important terms that pop up on the page
- Bookmarking allows users to quickly access frequently visited pages from the landing page
- Take personal notes, accessed via a note icon on each content page, and access them each time you go back to that page or on the BA Guide landing page. These notes can only be seen by the person who wrote them.
