ACA Webinar Slides and Recording Now Available

The webinar, “Affordable Care Act Update: Fact, Myth and Rumor,” held on April 24 is now available online. You can view and listen to it and download a PDF of the slides from the presentation.

In the webinar, Seth Perretta of the Groom Law Group discussed the latest on the Affordable Care Act (ACA), focusing specifically on the employer “pay-or-play” mandate and how cooperatives can determine if they’re subject to it and how to treat various types of workers. He also looked at the state of the individual mandate and the public and private exchanges. Seth’s presentation was followed by a question and answer period. We will be providing answers to the questions we were unable to address during the webinar.
