The “Affordable Care Act Update: Reporting Requirements & NRECA Assistance” webinar held on Monday, September 28 is now available on Cooperative.com. You can view and listen to it and download a PDF of the slides from the presentation.

In the webinar, Seth Perretta and Malcolm Slee of the Groom Law Group reviewed cooperatives’ Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax reporting responsibilities and NRECA staff reviewed the data report from NRECA.
