ACA Webinar Recording and Slides Now Available

The “Affordable Care Act Update: ACA 2016 Tax Reporting and 2017 Forecast” webinar is now available on the Employee Benefits website. You can view, listen or download a PDF of the slides from the presentation.

In the webinar, Malcolm Slee and Katie Amin of the Groom Law Group reviewed the tax reporting responsibilities and forms for cooperatives of all sizes for the 2016 tax year—which will be filed in 2017—highlighting changes to the forms and process. They also briefly discussed how proposed “repeal and replace” legislation may affect the ACA and ACA tax reporting.

Note: The webinar was originally hosted on January 17, 2017, but due to a recording error, it was rerecorded on January 30. The rerecorded webinar includes an extended question and answer segment addressing questions sent to us during the original webinar.
