2016 Annual Enrollment Materials Now Online

Materials for the 2016 Annual Enrollment period, which will run from October 29 to November 25, 2015, are now available online. They include a customizable PowerPoint presentation and Word flier, as well as other brochures and fliers you can use to supplement your cooperative’s annual enrollment communications.

Preventive prescription drug flier for high-deductible health plans
If your co-op offers a high-deductible health plan with preventive prescription drug coverage, this new flier can help you explain the different cost-share scenarios your participants will encounter based on the type of prescribed drug (e.g., generic, name-brand) they are having filled and where they are in meeting the plan’s cost-share conditions (e.g., deductible, maximum out-of-pocket). We encourage you to use it in guided conversations with your participants.

Ordering materials
The “6 Things You Need to Know about Your NRECA Medical Plan” brochures, preventive prescription drug flier for high-deductible health plans, Participant Resource Guide and Health and Wellness Resources Guide will be available the week of September 21 if you would like hard copies for your participants. We will announce in I&FS Weekly when the ordering process is open.
