401(k) Administration Transition Goes Live September 8

This weekend will begin the final steps of the 401(k) Pension Plan’s administration transition. To allow for these activities, certain administrative functions will be unavailable on the NRECA Employee Benefits website as well as cooperative and participant 401(k) account information.

Starting September 8, you and your co-op’s employees will continue to log into the website to access your account information, but will now be leveraging the new administrative platform to manage your plan and personal 401(k) account.

Be sure to access the Transition Resources page for benefits administrators as well as the updated BA Guide for assistance in understanding the new processes. Your participants will continue to have access to their Transition Resources page that can help with understanding the features associated with the new account management platform as well as the all new Retirement Education Center.

Should you or your co-op’s participants need assistance, NRECA is ready to help! Reach out to your local field representative, the Member Contact Center and the other NRECA teams available to you in the weeks ahead.
