Register for the Participant Webinar: Learn About the 401(k) Administration Transition
As our September 8 effective date for the 401(k) Pension Plan’s administration transition draws near, we want to ensure you and your cooperative’s plan participants are prepared!
In addition to a variety of resources available to benefits administrators on their 401(k) Administration Resources page to aid in creating participant awareness, NRECA is hosting a lunch and learn webinar for participants on August 19 at 2 p.m., Central time. The webinar will outline what is and is not changing as a result of the transition, provide sneak peeks into the new participant online experience as well as some new or enhanced resources and review some key dates.
Register on behalf of your participants and organize a viewing party, or forward the registration link for them to register directly.
The session will last approximately 30 minutes and will be recorded so it can be posted to the participant 401(k) Administration Resources page. In addition to this webinar, on this page, participants have access to previously sent communications and an overview video of their online experience. We’ll soon be adding “how to” videos that demonstrate specific activities or features of the online experience as well as a tour of their new, third-quarter 401(k) account statement that will be sent in mid-October.
If you have any questions about the transition, please contact your co-op’s field representative or call NRECA’s Member Contact Center at 866.673.2299. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Central time.
