Online Now: New Teladoc Information for Participants and BAs

The NRECA Employee Benefits website now features a Teladoc information page for plan participants.

Now, instead of a megamenu link directly to their Teladoc account, participants will get an information Teladoc page that includes an easily located button to continue onto their Teladoc account. The informational page provides a high-level overview of the Teladoc general medical service and answers a few common questions. Go to cooperative.com > My Benefits > My Insurance > Teladoc to view the page.

The BA Guide Teladoc page now includes “coming soon” information about Teladoc Mental Health available January 1, 2022, including patient costs and availability. Teladoc Mental Health information is integrated, if applicable, under each frequently asked question with general medical and mental health responses clearly labeled and separated for ease of use.
