New COVID-19 Support Resources Now Available

The Life Strategy Counseling program offers valuable resources for eligible participants to get the help they need—which is even more important given the challenges brought by the pandemic.

The following new resources are available on the NRECA Employee Benefits website:

• 2021 Webinar Calendar, which lists bi-weekly webinars on self-care, loneliness and caregiving during COVID-19 and more. Eligible participants can sign up to watch live or can view a past webinar at their convenience on the LifeWorks website, which is accessible from the Employee Benefits website. The calendar is available on the BA Guide to share, as well as for participants at cooperative.com > My Benefits > My Insurance > Life Strategy Counseling.
• COVID-19 Toolkit, which contains a host of articles, videos and podcasts surrounding coronavirus-related issues an individual may be experiencing, whether mental, physical or financial. Eligible participants can access the toolkit on the program vendor’s website by going to the Life Strategy Counseling page (click on “LifeWorks website”).

Life Strategy Counseling is available at no additional cost to employees, and their dependents 18 and older, who are eligible to participate in the NRECA Medical Plan.
