CVS/caremark Mailing Surveys to Participants This Week

CVS/caremark, NRECA’s pharmacy benefit manager, is mailing a survey this week to a randomly selected cross-section of participants who use NRECA’s prescription drug benefit. Conducted annually, the survey asks for participants’ feedback on CVS/caremark’s prescription drug benefit services.

Participants will be asked to complete the seven-question survey and return it to CVS/caremark in an enclosed postage-paid envelope.
