2021 Compliance Reporting Data due Tuesday, February 15

Next Tuesday is the deadline to submit your cooperative’s 2021 compliance questionnaire and W-2 data, which the benefits compliance team uses to perform retirement plan nondiscrimination testing for the 401(k) Pension Plan and the Retirement Security Plan.

Import your W-2 salary data using the W-2 salary submission event on the Employee Benefits website using the file layout to format your data.

Send your completed questionnaire securely using the Message Center.

Finally, retain a full copy in your files in case NRECA needs to clarify your data.
