2020 Groups Forming for National Electric Cooperative HR Mentoring Program

The National Electric Cooperative Human Resources (HR) Mentoring Program is looking for experienced HR and benefits professionals to participate in the 2020 program year. We are looking for mentors and mentees to participate.

• As a mentor, you’ll share your experience and knowledge with new co-op employees while strengthening your leadership skills.
• As a mentee, you’ll learn new ideas and best practices from experienced co-op professionals and grow your skill set and knowledge. This is a great opportunity for new co-op employees or for experienced co-op employees taking on a new job role.
• Mentors and mentees expand their professional network and learn about the approaches and successes of other co-ops across the country.
• Set your own schedule and meet as often as you like and when it’s convenient for you. Most mentor and mentee matches meet for one hour, once a month!
