2017 Annual Enrollment Materials Now Online

Materials for the 2017 annual enrollment period, which will run from October 24 to November 23, 2016, are now available online. They include a customizable PowerPoint presentation and Word flier, as well as other brochures and fliers you can use to supplement your cooperative’s annual enrollment communications.

Keep in mind these materials for this year’s plan changes

  • If your co-op is offering the new embedded deductible option with its high-deductible health plan-PPO, there’s an example and talking points in the Annual Benefits Check-up PowerPoint presentation to help you explain how the deductible works.
  • Fliers that show the cost-sharing levels for each of the new prescription drug plans can help your participants understand their new prescription drug coverage. Use the flier that matches your co-op’s new prescription drug plan.

Ordering materials
Hard copies of the “6 Things You Need to Know about Your NRECA Medical Plan” brochures, prescription drug plan fliers, Participant Resource Guide and Health and Wellness Resources Guide will be available next week for ordering. We will announce in I&FS Weekly when the ordering process is open.
