2014 Value of Benefits Statements Being Mailed to Prescription Drug Benefit Participants

CVSHealth will mail personalized value of benefits statements to participants covered under the NRECA prescription drug benefit. The statements will be sent via US Postal Service and will begin mailing February 13.

The statements list participants’ prescription purchases from January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2014. This information may help participants verify prescription transactions, budget and plan for drug expenses, claim medical expenses on their year-end tax return and verify reimbursement for eligible prescription drug costs for those participating in a flexible spending account.

This statement also breaks out prescription drug costs between participants and the NRECA Group Benefits Program.

Participants also can go online to view their account information anytime at www.caremark.com. They can log into their account and click on “View prescription history,” which allows them to print an “Rx History” report for any timeframe they set.
