125 Plan and HRA Open Enrollment Opens November 1

Open enrollment for the upcoming year’s 125 Plan and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) plans begins on Monday, November 1. If your cooperative will offer one or both of these CBA-administered plans in 2023, you’ll need to enroll your employees between November 1–30.

To prepare for open enrollment, visit the 125 Plan and HRA Open Enrollment BA Guide page, where you will find:

  • General open enrollment information
  • Information you’ll need to have on hand to complete enrollments
  • Administrative fees for 2024

To complete your enrollments beginning November 1, go to cooperative.com > My Benefits > BA Guide > Tax-Advantaged Accounts > Manage 125 Plan and HRA.

Note: As a reminder, please submit your 2024 pay dates for your 125 Plan to NRECA, if you haven’t done so already.
