125 and HRA Plans: Send Your 2021 Documents by September 25
If your cooperative is adopting or making changes to its 125 Plan and/or HRA plan for the 2021 plan year, you have just a few weeks to return completed documents to Cooperative Benefit Administrators (CBA). All documents should be sent to CBA by Friday, September 25, 2020.
Also, please remember: If your co-op sponsors a 125 Plan, you must submit a payroll calendar each year for each subgroup administered—whether or not your co-op is making any changes to your plan. Plan dates in the payroll calendar must all be in the 2021 calendar year.

- HRA documents (includes retiree HRA plans)
- Information on plan features, including the debit card

Open enrollment: November 1–30
The period for enrolling your employees in tax-advantaged plans will run from November 1–30. Look for email(s) about the open enrollment process next month.
