Watch for Final Retirement Plan Restatement Adoption Agreements

Thank you to all cooperatives for completing the July 1 Retirement Security (RS) Plan and 401(k) Pension Plan restatement process. Adoption agreements received in good order by the October 31 deadline that were also processed and countersigned by November 30, 2022, have been released to the Retirement Plan Documents page of the Employee Benefits website. Watch for a Message Center notification informing you that copies are available for download. Follow the link in the notification or go directly to the Retirement Plan Documents page to view, print or download yours. Look under the subhead “Adoption Agreements” for documents with a status of “complete.”
