Updated 2014 Benefits Compliance Calendar Available

You can update the dates manually or download a new version of the calendar.

The reminder for the first 2014 INTERACT Conference (in Miami) has been updated to reflect the correct dates of August 3-6, 2014. There will be two INTERACT conferences this year.

If you’ve already downloaded the calendar, you can either change the reminder for the first INTERACT Conference manually or download the calendar again to add the new, updated reminder. To change the date manually, open the original event (look at July 22 on your calendar), and change the dates to August 3-6. Or you can download the full calendar again with the updated reminder, and delete the old one that begins on July 22. Be sure to follow step 7 of the instructions to replace the events already in your calendar with newly downloaded items.

Note: If you haven’t downloaded the calendar, the correct dates for the second INTERACT Conference (in Chicago) will appear automatically when you import it.

The compliance calendar is on the Employee Benefits website atAdministration > BA Assistant > Your Tasks and Responsibilities > Compliance Calendar. The instructions for downloading the calendar are in the same location.
