Update: HSA Maximum Contribution for 2018 Revised Again

In March, the IRS announced a slight reduction in the maximum allowed family contribution to a health savings account (HSA) for the 2018 tax year—from $6,900 to $6,850. Please note that the IRS has restored the previous limit, to $6,900, for 2018.

The individual contribution limit for 2018 has remained unchanged at $3,450. No other 2018 HSA limits have been affected by these changes.
