Upcoming Webinar: “Eight Steps to a Healthy Heart”

NRECA Medical Plan participants can participate in LSC webinars at no additional cost.

This month, Life Strategy Counseling (LSC) will offer a free one-hour webinar, titled “Eight Steps to a Healthy Heart,” at 12 pm and 2 pm ET on February 18. Based on concepts from the Mayo Clinic’s Heart Healthy Diet, this webinar will look at eight steps for preventing or reducing your chances of heart disease. Your cooperative can participate, or participants in the NRECA Medical Plan can join in on their own.

Online reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, visit the LSC website and enter “NRECA” as the company code. (Look for “Online Seminars” in the lower right corner of the page.)

Participants 18 years and older can use LSC services by calling 1.888.225.4289, toll-free, 24 hours a day. They also can log in to APS HelpLink (company code: NRECA) for anonymous, secure access to tools and information on coping with life issues.
